The Convergence Node
The four practices — engineering, music, coaching, writing — have never been separate. They’re one throughline: building systems for human sovereignty.
In code, sovereignty means authentication infrastructure that puts control back in the user’s hands. At Yubico, we build the cryptographic primitives that make self-custody real. The YubiKey isn’t just a security token; it’s a declaration that your digital identity belongs to you, not to a platform’s database.
In music, sovereignty is the space held for artists who refuse category. Echological represents performers operating between tradition and contemporary expression — Hazayana Collective fusing tribal rhythms with sacred bass, Naomi Runa weaving progressive soul into conscious hip-hop. Artist management, in this frame, is infrastructure work: booking systems, narrative scaffolding, EPK pipelines. The same systems thinking, different domain.
In coaching, sovereignty is the work of returning to what you already know. Zen coaching isn’t about installing new frameworks; it’s about removing the layers that obscure direct seeing. Vipassana strips pretense. Men’s circles create the container for honest mirrors. The work is structural — building the conditions where truth can surface without performance.
In writing, sovereignty is synthesis. This blog is the public surface where the thinking that binds the other three becomes legible. Each essay is a proof: the same principles that govern authentication protocols also govern creative direction, also govern inner work, also govern how ideas compound. Systems thinking doesn’t silo. It integrates.
dyallo.se is the convergence node. One practice, four expressions. The homepage shows all four at once because the integration is the point. If you’re here for the engineering, you’ll find the music shapes how I architect. If you’re here for the coaching, you’ll see how the code informs the facilitation. The throughline is sovereignty: in systems, in creative practice, in consciousness, on the page.
This is the first post. More to come on each register, and on how they compound.
Start with About if you want the longer throughline.
Welcome.
