Now
What is alive right now.

Building
At Yubico, I am focused on developer-facing authentication infrastructure: SDKs, tooling, CI hardening, and the parts of security work that make strong defaults feel ordinary.
In parallel, PAI is becoming my personal AI infrastructure: a local-first operating layer for memory, agent workflows, publishing, and the sovereignty stack around my own work.
Performing / Managing
Echological is the active music home: Hazayana Collective, Naomi Runa, Andreas Lång, Sophie von Matern, and Felicia Falck each need different kinds of scaffolding, care, and narrative precision.
The next Echological work is about clearer artist surfaces, better booking materials, and a more deliberate bridge between live performance, community, and long-term careers.
Practicing
Meditation is in a maintenance season: ordinary sits, body awareness, and returning to Vipassana basics when the system gets noisy.
Retreats, men's circles, and zen coaching continue as calibration: less performance, more contact with what is actually happening.

Watching for
I am watching how personal AI changes the boundary between memory, agency, and dependency. The useful question is not "can the model do it?" but "does this make a human more sovereign or easier to capture?"
Spring in Sweden has the same teaching in a simpler language: thaw first, growth second.
